We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely and in perfect condition. Below you will find all information about shipping costs, delivery times and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed through our fulfilment partner ShopWeDo in Mechelen, Belgium.

Order placedYou will receive an automatic order confirmation by email after successful payment.

ProcessingYour order is prepared at our fulfilment centre. This typically takes 1 business day.

ShippedYou will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

DeliveryThe carrier delivers to your address. If you are not home, a notice will be left.

3. Delivery Time Exceptions

• During holidays and busy periods (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday)

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day

• Weekend orders are processed from Monday

• Extreme weather conditions or carrier strikes

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

No tracking email received?

Check your spam folder. Not there? Contact us at info@bydoucet.be with your order number.

5. Damaged or Lost Package?

Received damaged — take photos before unpacking and send them to info@bydoucet.be

Not received — check your tracking. Contact us within 7 days

Wrong products — send your order number and a photo to info@bydoucet.be

Who pays for return shipping?

Captainnuts' fault — we cover all return costs, you will receive a free return label.

Customer's choice — return costs are the customer's responsibility. No restocking fees.
