1. Seller Identity

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via captainnuts.be. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. Captainnuts reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

3. Offers and Prices

• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

• Shipping costs are shown separately before completing your order

• Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Captainnuts

• Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. Orders and Agreement

• After payment you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email

• The agreement is concluded at the moment we confirm your payment

• Captainnuts reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bancontact  • Visa / Mastercard  • PayPal  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

6. Delivery

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• Netherlands: 2–4 business days

• Other EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative. Captainnuts is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period after receipt. Exceptions apply to opened food products. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Captainnuts charges no restocking fees. Items marked as "final sale" are excluded from returns.

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of your order

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for damage caused by ignoring allergen information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on captainnuts.be is the property of Captainnuts / By Doucet. Copying or reproducing without written permission is prohibited.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the judicial district of Ghent.
