Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Below you will find cancellation options per purchase type, how the process works and what to expect.

1. Purchase Options Overview

🛒One-time order
Cancellable
Free cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible — orders are processed quickly via ShopWeDo in Mechelen.
📦Subscription / recurring order
Cancellable
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by email. Cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next processing date.
🎁Gift card / voucher
Limited
Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law. Valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
🏢Business / wholesale order
On request
Cancellation is possible by mutual agreement, depending on the processing status. Contact us at info@bydoucet.be.
Already shipped order
No longer cancellable
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or request a return after receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is ours. No restocking fees. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. When Can You Still Cancel?

Immediately after placing the orderFree cancellation — contact us right away.
Within the same business dayCancellation usually still possible, depending on processing status.
Order in processingCancellation is possible but not guaranteed. We will do our best.
Order shippedCancellation no longer possible. Request a return after receipt.

Act quicklyOrders are typically processed and shipped on the same or next business day. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance of a successful cancellation.

3. How to Cancel?

Contact us immediatelyEmail info@bydoucet.be or call +32 495 99 65 28. Always include your order number.

Receive confirmationWe will confirm as soon as possible whether cancellation is possible and send you an email.

RefundThe full amount (including shipping) will be refunded via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

• Via your customer account on captainnuts.be — go to "My subscriptions" and select "Cancel"

• By email at info@bydoucet.be with your order number and desired cancellation date

Important

Cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled processing date. You will receive a confirmation email and no further payments will be charged.
