What are they perfect for?

This mix contains sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed flax seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds and chia seeds - all rich in healthy nutrients. A delicious crunchy bite for salads, muesli, yoghurt and bread.

The honest side.

These seeds have a low impact and require little water and fertilizer. We opt for local cultivation as much as possible to limit transport and impact, although some seeds, such as chia, are imported.
