Almonds are the perfect combination of taste and crunch. They add that little extra to your breakfast, but also work great in savory dishes. They're also good for your skin and concentration. A handful a day makes all the difference.

The honest side.

Almonds grow almost exclusively in dry, sunny areas. The problem? Their cultivation consumes an enormous amount of water. On top of that, almond trees are completely dependent on pollination by bees. Not the easiest nut.
