What are they perfect for?

Chia seeds absorb up to 10 times their own weight in liquid, which provides a long-lasting feeling of fullness and supports your digestion. In addition, it is good for your heart and brain. A simple addition to your yogurt, dessert, drink or salads provides a powerful effect.

The honest side.

Chia seeds are usually not locally available, which means a higher impact from transport. The cultivation itself takes place on poor soil and requires little water and pesticides. After harvesting, the seeds are mechanically cleaned, dried and sorted.
